Delivery
MP3s
When you purchase any of our downloads, delivery is instantaneous. Once you have finalised the payment process, you will receive an email which contains your download instructions which you can access immediately.
Once you have downloaded your MP3 and saved it on your computer you can then transfer it onto an MP3 player or burn it onto a CD if you prefer.
CDs
Orders from within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail. You should receive your order within 2-3 days. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. You should receive your order within 7-10 days. If your order has not arrived within 21 working days you may wish to contact us.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however we regret that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and please note we do not dispatch on weekends and bank holidays.
