The best way to use these recordings is as follows:
1) Listen to the audio interview or watch the video faqs on this website so you can get a good idea of what hypnosis is and how it works from my perspective. You'll also get a little bit of info on my background and why I do what I do.
2) Find a quiet comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Listen to the audios using stereo headphones initially in the order they are presented. You don't need to listen to them in one sitting but can spread the listening in a way that is comfortable and convenient to you. Each session consists of two parts, an introduction and a main session. The main sessions last between 15 and 25 minutes.
3) After that first listen you can then go back to any of the sessions and use them as many times and as often as you like to help you to achieve your goals.
