During the initial one hour meeting a lot of time is spent discussing your issues and Darren explains hypnosis in depth so his client can feel really comfortable with the process before concluding with a relaxation and confidence building hypnosis session to give the client a gentle and safe introduction to the process.

2) Of course it does depend on what your particular issue is, but whether you have a bad habit, a fear or phobia or a sense of underachievement in one area or another, these issues are likely to be connected to negative emotions and limiting beliefs. One way of neutralising these in both a holistic and thorough mannner is to work through each emotion seperately. Darren often helps clients do this and he employs similar methods to those used in the recordings.

There are five main negative emotions that people experience in life: anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. It can be a very powerful experience to work through all of these, preferably in that order, although the recordings are seperate they are also similar to each other, the emotions tend to get intertwined and important differences between each recording ensure that no stone is left unturned.
