Pink Theta sounds a little like waves crashing yet the sound is electronically generated. The idea is that it helps drown out surrounding sounds without being intrusive in itself. The rhythm of the sound mimics theta brainwaves and the idea is to lull the mind into deep relaxation or sleep.
It works like relaxing music, except one persons idea of relaxing music may not be the same as someone elses idea of relaxing music, so this is a very neutral way of achieving that goal. Darren uses this sound in the background to all his live hypnotherapy sessions.
